About Stretch Class

At Savvy4Life our Stretch classes are designed to carefully bring your body back into balance by safely stretching using precision of movement within your range of ability.

We offer three levels of Stretch class:

  • Level 1 – Ideal for beginners, taking you through the basics of safe stretching and use of breath.
  • Level 2 – Perfect for improvers who have a comfortable and extended range of movement.
  • Level 3 – Providing more experienced students the opportunity to further explore and challenge their own flexibility.

Equipment

Most Stretch classes are done without the use of equipment. At times we might suggest the use of basic props in order to support or further challenge certain exercises. This could include using some of the following:

  • Tennis Ball
  • Stretch band
  • Foam roller
  • Swiss ball

Your Savvy4Life online class will always detail any equipment you may require for your chosen Stretch session.

Who are the classes suitable for?

Everyone can benefit from stretching. Combined with correct breath techniques and when done on a regular basis, the health benefits are huge.
