At Savvy4Life our Yoga classes are designed to gently guide you through a series of dynamic and flowing movements with a restorative focus on breathing, mindfulness and relaxation. Our classes can be active, alignment focused, strengthening, still and restorative, or anything in between.
Equipment
The only thing you will really need is a mat or comfortable carpeted area where you are free to move safely
Who are the classes suitable for?
Yoga can be done at any level of physical health as all the poses and postures can be adapted to suit the practitioner. As always, listen to your body and remember it is not a competition or a race. Work with your body rather than against it and try to allow your body to be your guide.
