Yoga
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise with strong roots in strength, physical health internally and externally, flexibility, balance, breathing and meditation.
It has evolved greatly over the years and has taken on many forms. Most forms in the Western World take a practise which is highly suitable to our modern lives and the practise can be done easily with guidance from one of our wonderful teachers.
What will Yoga do for me?
Yoga has many benefits especially when performed using safe technique and working within the range or your own individual body. Positive results include:

Our Yoga Classes

At Savvy4Life our Yoga classes are designed to gently guide you through a series of dynamic and flowing movements with a restorative focus on breathing, mindfulness and relaxation. Our classes can be active, alignment focused, strengthening, still and restorative, or anything in between.


Equipment

The only thing you will really need is a mat or comfortable carpeted area where you are free to move safely


Who are the classes suitable for?

Yoga can be done at any level of physical health as all the poses and postures can be adapted to suit the practitioner. As always, listen to your body and remember it is not a competition or a race. Work with your body rather than against it and try to allow your body to be your guide.
