This Barre class focuses on sculpting the silhouette with lots of oblique, hips and outer thigh work. The pace at the start is steady so don’t be fooled! We will be working with Grands Battement and Attitude with a raised heel for extra burn! If you prefer you can keep the heels in contact with the floor. Today we finish with a curtsey!
